EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE MEETING
Tuesday, October 18, 2022

Eric Credle- Treasurer/NHC CFO

Linda Brothers – Senior Financial Analyst, NHC
NHC TDA Board Chairman Nicole Jones called the Executive Committee Meeting
to order at 4 o’clock. The virtual WebEx meeting was initiated at the offices of the
CVB.
ITEM I: APPROVAL OF EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE MINUTES- May 23,
2022: - Nicole Jones
\[Motion made by Angela Rhodes, seconded by Eric Credle and
unanimously accepted to approve the May 23, 2022, Executive
Committee minutes.\]
ITEM II: AUDIT PRESENTATION- Eric Credle
Cherry Bekaert completed the 2021/2022 audit of the NHC TDA and
the results was an unmodified opinion, clean and free from mistakes.
Eric commended Linda Brothers for all her hard work in preparing
and completing the financial documents that Cherry Bekaert asked
for in the completion of the annual audit.
The 2021/2022 audit will be presented to the full NHC TDA Board at
the October 26, 2022 .
