Chairman Nicole Jones called the work session of the New Hanover County
Tourism Development Authority Board of Directors to order at 5:00pm. The
meeting was held in the River Room at the offices of the CVB.

o ADVOCACY UPDATE- Kim Hufham

ITEM#3- COMMENTS- Positive feedback on the new creative concepts, QR code
placards and a mobile Visitors Guide. Kim is planning to ask tourism lobbyists to
present at the November Work Session about the current advocacy issues.

As there was no further business the meeting was adjourned at 6:00 p.m.
