Hi Jade and Lonnie,
Everything looks good with the documents submitted with this application, but I do need a couple
things filled out on the application- I’ve attached a highlighted application page showing those areas
that we’re missing information:
Housing Type
Traffic Counts
Initials on the Application Requirements
Natural Resources- I see on the density calculation table below that this shows 0 acres but it needs to
be filled out in the table above as well if it’s 0 acres.
If you can please get those updated and sent over by this coming Friday 10/10, that would be great.
Other than that, it looks good and it’s okay to move to the November 5 TRC meeting. I’ll send over
the compiled comments, agenda, and Microsoft Teams link the week prior to the meeting.

Got it, thanks! I’m going to be the case planner for this item. I’ll review the application and the
documents submitted and make an application completeness determination in the next day or two,
