Text Amendment Request (TA25-05) - Request by New Hanover County to
amend the Unified Development Ordinance Ar9cles 2, 3, 4, 5, and 10 to update
references to the Comprehensive Plan place types, designate the Riverfront
Mixed Use zoning district as a legacy district, modify transporta9on-related
applica9on requirements for PD rezonings, incorporate recent changes to state
statutes, and correct an unintended conflict included in the recent sign
standards ordinance amendment
