CZD CONDITIONS (Z25-06):
1.THE PROJECT WILL INCLUDE EMERGENCY ONLY ACCESS TO DANIEL BOONE TRAIL.
2.THE PROJECT WILL INCLUDE A MINIMUM OF ONE-CAR GARAGE WITH EACH HOME AND
