POINT OF BEGINNING, THENCE the following four calls:

existing iron rod, passing over a set iron at 83.60 feet; THENCE
(4) Following the northern line of the subject tract, South 51°09'47" East, 173.68 feet and
returning to the POINT OF BEGINNING
