A resubmittal refers to the process of submitting revised documents, plans, or information after an initial
review has identified issues, errors, or required changes.

To expedite your resubmital, please:
1.Submit this form with all resubmitals.
2.Submit a complete set of plans with revised sheet(s) incorporated.
3.Provide a numbered, itemized list of responses to each plan review comment.
4.Reference the specific loca�on of correc�ons on updated plans, specifica�ons, or calcula�ons.
5.Atach suppor�ng documents as applicable (see checklist below).
Unacceptable responses include: "Done," "Fixed," or "Corrected." Provide specific details.

Why New Hanover County Requires a Full Set of Plans for Resubmitals
1.A full set ensures that the plans reflect all current revisions in one cohesive document. This eliminates
confusion for plans examiners, inspectors, and project stakeholders.
2.Plans examiners can more efficiently review updates when all changes are integrated into the full set
rather than si�ing through par�al or piecemeal revisions.
3.Providing a complete set reduces the risk of discrepancies between original plans and revisions. Missing
or outdated sheets can cause costly delays and errors during construc�on and inspec�ons.
4.The complete revised set serves as the official project record, ensuring accuracy for future references,
inspec�ons, and archiving.
