HomeMy WebLinkAboutCommunity Meeting NoticeNOTICE COMMUNITY MEETING 7650 Market Street, LLC 7650 Market Street, Wilmington NC 28411 Notice is hereby given that a Community Meeting will be held regarding a proposed Conditional Rezoning affecting property located at 7650 Market Street, Wilmington, North Carolina 28411, identified as New Hanover County Parcel ID R03600-005-037-000, consisting of approximately 1.44 acres (the “Property”). PROJECT DESCRIPTION The Property is currently zoned B-2 Highway Business District and is subject to the Special Highway Overlay District (SHOD). The applicant is requesting a Conditional Rezoning to modify the applicability of the SHOD to the Property in order to allow the existing freestanding sign located on the Property to remain at its current height and location following the widening of Market Street. No new development or expansion of the existing building footprint is proposed, and no changes to the current as-built survey are requested. The Community Meeting is being held to provide an overview of the proposed Conditional Rezoning and to obtain community input and feedback. 7650 Market Street, LLC has requested the proposed Conditional Rezoning.
