The purpose of the community information meeting is to explain the proposal and answer questions from meeting attendees. The meeting will be held at the Holiday Inn Express Wilmington - Porters Neck located at 168 Porter's Neck Road Wilmington, NC 28411 and begin at 6:00 PM EST on April 27, 2026.
