This is a notice for a community information meeting for an upcoming request by NWF
Acquisitions, LLC, applicant, on behalf of Furr Family partnership, LLC, property owner, for a
Conditional Use Rezoning from I-1 Industrial District to B-2 Regional Business for financial
institution.
The subject property is approximately 0.96 acres and is located at 8086 Market Street,
Wilmington NC 28411, and is identified as PID R03600-005-011-000.
The purpose of the community information meeting is to explain the proposal and answer
questions from meeting attendees.
The meeting will be held at the Holiday Inn Express Wilmington - Porters Neck located at 168
Porter's Neck Road Wilmington, NC 28411 and begin at 6:00 PM EST on April 27, 2026.
