RE: Community Meeting for Conditional Rezoning Request
for property at 6441 Gordon Road and 1901 Gordon Acres Drive
We invite you to join us for a community meeting for the proposed conditional rezoning
of property located at 6441 Gordon Road and 1901 Gordon Acres Drive, Wilmington, North
Carolina and identified as New Hanover County Parcels: R04300-003-026-026 & R04300-003-
026-024. The current zoning of the property is R-15 (low density residential). The proposed
conditional rezoning would be CB (community business). Please reference the attached illustration
of the concept site plan.
We welcome the opportunity to discuss the proposed project with you at the community
meeting where you can drop by and we will answer any questions. The community meeting will
be held on May 27th, 2026 from 6:00-7:00 p.m. at Perry Hall at Lutheran Church of Reconciliation,
located at 7500 Market Street, Wilmington, North Carolina, 28411.
