THE NEW HANOVER COUNTY ZONING AREA NO. 7 IS DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS:
BEGINNING at a point in the southwestern right -of -way line of U.S.
Highway 421, said beginning point being the intersection of the City of Wil-
mington One Mile Zoning Jurisdiction with the said southwestern right -of -way
line of U.S. Highway 421. Thence along and with the City of Wilmington One
Mile Zoning Jurisdiction in a southwestwardlY direction approximately 10,400
feet to its intersection with the centerline of the Cape Fear River. The
aforementioned centerline also being the New Hanover County Boundary Line;
thence along and with the centerline of the Cape Fear River approximately
80,800 feet measured along said centerline of the Cape Fear River to a point,
said point being where the New Hanover County Boundary Line leaves the said
centerline of the Cape Fear River and proceeds in a northeastwardly direction;
i thence along and with the New Hanover County Boundary Line in a northeastwardly
direction approximately 8,450 feet to a point in the southwestern right -of -way
line of U.S. Highway 421, said point being further described as being approxi-

\--- mately 23,200 feet as measured along the southwestern right -of -way line in
U.S. Highway 421 from the intersection of the southwestern right -of -way line
of U.S. Highway 421 and the northeastern right -of -way line of S.R. 1394; thence
continuing along and with the New Hanover County Boundary Line in a northeast-
wardly direction across U.S. Highway 421 approximately 3,000 feet to a point,
said point being the intersection of the New Hanover County Boundary Line with

direction approximately 33,600 feet to a point, said point being
the' intersection of the centerline of the Northeast Cape Fear River with the City
of Wilmington One Mile Zoning Jurisdiction; thence along and with said One Mile
Zoning Jurisdiction in a southwestwardly direction approximately 3,200 feet to
the point of BEGINNING.
