Chairman Ronnie Pernell called the Board Meeting to order at 5:00 p.m. at the
Wilmington/Cape Fear Coast Convention & Visitors Bureau offices.
ITEM #1 – EXCUSED ABSENCES
Scott Cromartie, Anne Marie Hartman, Mayor Joel Macon, Mayor Bill Saffo.
ITEM #2 – PUBLIC HEARING
Chairman Pernell opened the meeting to th e public on the formal budget ordinance.
As no one had signed up to speak, Chairman Pernell asked for a motion to close the
public hearing.

hearing.]
ITEM #3 - ADOPTION OF FY 2009-2010 BUDGET ORDINANCE
Chairman Ronnie Pernell called for the B oard’s adoption of the formal budget
ordinance for FY 2009-2010.
[Motion made by Mayor Mac Montgom ery, seconded by Chris Green to
adopt the formal budget ordinance for FY 2008-2009.] A copy of the
Ordinance is attached in the amount of $3.410,629.
There being no further business to come before the Board, meeting adjourned at
5:05 p.m.
