Minutes of Plumbing Journeyman Board Meeting
September 24, 2010
The New Hanover County Plumbing Journeyman Board met on September 24, 2010. Board
members in attendance were Ernest Duarte, Randall Siegel, Ernest Skipper, and William
Eubanks ex officio member.
Ernest Duarte was elected Chairman, and Randall Siegel was elected Vice Chairman. William
Eubanks, Chief Plumbing Inspector, will serve as Secretary to the Board by virtue of County
ordinance.

The November 18 meeting of the County Commissioners was discussed and the Chairman,
Ernest Duarte, will make a short presentation of the Plumbing Journeyman Board.
It was decided that the Board will meet once each quarter, the dates to be decided by the
Secretary to the Board.
Having no other business the meeting was adjourned.
