AND POLLUTION CONTROL FINANCING AUTHORITY
MINUTES OF MEETING
The Board of Commissioners of The New Hanover County Industrial Facilities and
Pollution Control Financing Authority met at the offices of Murchison, Taylor & Gibson, PLLC,
in Wilmington, North Carolina, at 10:00 a.m., on August 13, 2009. The following
Commissioners were:
PRESENT: William H. Cameron, R. Hill Rogers, Robert F. Ruffner, Jr. and Neal W.
Andrew.
ABSENT: Brian McCormack, William A. Oden, III and Frank J. Oddo.
The following individuals were also present: G. Stephen Diab, counsel for the Authority,
who acted as Secretary for the meeting.
The purpose of the meeting was to elect officers for the Authority.
Commissioner Cameron made a motion to appoint the following persons as officers
of the Authority:
Chairman R. Hill Rogers
Vice Chairman Robert F. Ruffner, Jr.
Secretary Neal W. Andrew
Assistant Secretary Brian McCormack
Commissioner Rogers seconded said motion. There was no discussion and the
motion passed unanimously.
There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned.
