Meeting Minutes
Meeting called to order at 3:00 pm
Members present: Charles Harrell, Eddie Richard, Dale Sutton, Mike Pulley & James
Shivar
Approval of May 12th, 2011 Board Meeting minutes
Reviewed the June applicants and exams ( Charles A. Walsh & David Ward were
approved for card issuance)
Unfinished business to discuss -The Board agreed that applicant Bradley Stoebig did not
satisfy the minimum required 8320 hours of experience required to take the exam after
providing the proper notarized documentation his former employers. His application
and exam will be given further consideration in the future after working the required
hours and providing proper documentation of his experience.
New business – The entire board voted to unanimously to continue to keep the process
of administering the journeyman exam under the supervision of this board, and that any
proposals for change would have to be presented to this board for consideration and
approval.
The Board agreed to discuss possibly changing the minimum required number of
journeymen present on job sites in the future (Currently only one journeyman is
required on each job site)
