Mr. Thomas called the strategy planning session to order at 1:51pm.
The NHSWCD BOS and staff met to review the 2007-2012 strategic plan. Through discussion of each
goal, a draft plan for 2012-2017 has been outlined and is being developed by the group.
Harrison was directed to compile the notes taken by Fisher and Long and email the draft 2012-2017
document to the group. Everyone should make suggested additions and subtractions and send them to
Harrison and Skavroneck, who will work together on the formal plan. Skavroneck wants at least two more
sessions: one on land acquisition, one on funding. Moffitt and Harrison will also work on a proposed
transition plan for the County.
Moffitt moved to adjourn the work session. Skavroneck seconded the motion; motion passed
unanimously. Session adjourned at4:35pm.
