Meeting Minutes
The Real Estate Committee met on site at an existing building being considered at 9:30 AM on
March 8,2012.
Attendees:
Board Members: Robert Martenis and David Matthews
Board Employees: Gary Cain,Retail &LBD Sales Ops Manager&Dan Sykes,CEO
Commercial Realtor:F. Spruill Thompson, Senior VP for Cape Fear Commercial
The building owner and his agent were also present to show the building.
The purpose of the meeting was to walk-through an existing building being considered to weigh
the pros and cons of purchasing it.
Note: After the meeting, the Committee opted to remove the property from the list
primarily because there was a tenant whose lease would be assumed with the purchase of
the building.
The next Committee meeting was established for March 15, 2012 at 9:30 AM at the ABC Main
Office to obtain the CEO's input to narrow down the options.
