NOTICE
Notice is hereby given that a hearing will be held by the New Hanover County Zoning Board of
Adjustment on Tuesday, February 26 at 5:30 p.m., at the New Hanover County Government
Center, 230 Government Center Drive, Lucie Harrell Meeting Room, Wilmington, North Carolina,
to consider the following:
Brenda R. Hulbert, 110 Brentwood Drive,
is requesting a variance from New Hanover County Zoning
Ordinance Section 44-8 to replace a non-conforming structure after the limit of time from when damage
or destruction has taken place. Property is zoned, B-2 Highway Business District. Case No. ZBA-870
Three Oak Property, LLC, 115 Amaryllis Drive,
is requesting a variance from New Hanover County
Zoning Ordinance Section 81-1 which requires two parking spaces per dwelling unit. Property is zoned,
R-10 CD Residential. Case No. ZBA-871
Pete Avery, on behalf of TCB Rocky Point, LLC, 2616 and 2620 Castle Hayne Road,
is requesting a
variance from New Hanover County Zoning Ordinance Section 69.11, Setback Table, for a structure that
will encroach approximately 3.5 feet into the required 61.55 foot rear yard setback. Property is zoned
Conditional Zoning B-1, Neighborhood Business District. Case No. ZBA-872
