Notice is hereby given that a hearing will be held by the New Hanover County Zoning Board of
Adjustment on Tuesday, May 21 at 5:30 p.m., at the New Hanover County Government Center, 230
Government Center Drive, Lucie Harrell Meeting Room, Wilmington, North Carolina, to consider
the following:
Forever Home, LLC, 7516 Aloft Way, is requesting a variance from New Hanover County Zoning
Ordinance Section 51.4-2, Dimensional Requirements, for an existing structure that encroaches 9.5 feet
into the 30 feet minimum front yard setback. Property is zoned R-20S, Residential District. Case No.
ZBA-873
Forever Home, LLC, 7413 Songbird Court,is requesting a variance from New Hanover County Zoning
Ordinance Section 51.4-2, Dimensional Requirements, for an existing structure that encroaches 8.4 feet
into the 30 feet minimum front yard setback and 7 feet into the 15 minimum required side yard setback.
Property is zoned R-20 S, Residential District. Case No. ZBA-874
