NOTICE NOTICE
Notice is hereby given that a hearing will be held by the New Hanover County Zoning Board of
Adjustment on Tuesday, June 25 at 5:30 p.m., at the New Hanover County Government Center,
230 Government Center Drive, Lucie Harrell Meeting Room, Wilmington, North Carolina, to
consider the following:
Leonard B. and Leah H. Smith, 814 Bailey Harbor Lane, is requesting a variance from New Hanover
County Zoning Ordinance Section 51.5-2, Dimensional Requirements, for a structure to encroach a
maximum of 15 feet into the 30 feet minimum front yard setback. Property is zoned R-20, Residential
District. Case No. ZBA-875
