MINUTES OF MEETING (2013)
The Board of Commissioners of The New Hanover County Industrial Facilities and
Pollution Control Financing Authority met at the offices of Murchison, Taylor & Gibson.. PLLC,
in Wilmington, North Carolina, at 10:00 a.m., on May 14, 2013. The following Commissioners
were:
PRESENT: R. Hill Rogers, Jeremy M. Wilson, Robert F. Ruffner, Jr. and William H.
Cameron (by telephone).
ABSENT: Frank J. Oddo. Neal W. Andrew and Brian McCormack
The following individuals were also present: G. Stephen Diab, counsel for the Authority,
who acted as Secretary for the meeting.
The purpose of the meeting was to elect officers for the Authority.
Commissioner Cameron made a motion to appoint the following persons as officers of
the Authority to serve until the next annual meeting of the Authority or until their successors are
duly appointed and qualified:
Chairman Brian McCormack
Vice Chairman Jeremy M. Wilson
Secretary R. Hill Rogers
Assistant Secretary Robert F. Ruffner, Jr.
Commissioner Ruffner seconded said motion. There was no discussion and the motion
passed unanimously.
There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned.
