Notice is hereby given that a hearing will be held by the New Hanover County Zoning Board of
Adjustment on Tuesday, August 27 at 5:30 p.m., at the New Hanover County Government Center,
230 Government Center Drive, Lucie Harrell Meeting Room, Wilmington, North Carolina, to
consider the following:
John A. Cusumano, 115 and 121 Patalanda Road, is requesting a variance from New Hanover County
Zoning Ordinance Section 51.6-2, Dimensional Requirements, for the recombination of t'kvo non-
conforming lots below the 15,000 square foot minimum lot area. Property is zoned R-15, Residential
District. Case No. ZBA-876.
