WRFC Minutes 2013-06-17 MINUTES OF SPECIAL MEETING OF
THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE WILMINGTON REGIONAL FILM COMMISSION,INC.
A North Carolina Non-Profit Corporation
PURSUANT TO NOTICE, a copy of which is attached as EXHIBIT A,the Board of
Directors of the Wilmington Regional Film Commission, Inc. (WRFC) held a special meeting
via conference call on June 17TH, 2013 at 2:00 p.m. Chairman William Vassar, Ms. Carey
Jones, Hon. Bill Saffo, Hon. Beth Dawson, and Mr.Jimmy Smith were present via phone. In
addition Johnny Griffin and Karin LeMaire were also present via phone.
1. APPROVAL OF MINUTES FROM MARCH 14TH, 2013 BOARD
MEETING. The minutes from the Board Meeting on March 14th, 2013 a copy of which is
attached as EXHIBIT B,were unanimously approved.
2.APPROVAL OF BUDGET FOR FY 2013-2014.Johnny Griffin presented
the proposed 2013-2014 WRFC budget,a copy of which is attached as EXHIBIT C.
After discussion and review,the 2013-2014 WRFC budget was unanimously approved.
There being no further business,the meeting was adjourned at 2:20 p.m.
