member Eddie Richard was unable to attend)
Approval of June 20th, 2013 Board Meeting minutes
Reviewed the August applicants & exams (Thor-Michael Bowling, Justin Taylor, Avery
Brewer & Timothy Elrod were approved for card issuance)
Schedule next Board meeting as needed
