New Hanover County’s Technical Review Committee (TRC) will meet on Wednesday, March
12, 2014 at 2:00 p.m. in Finance Conference Room 500, New Hanover County Government
Center, 230 Government Center Drive, Wilmington, NC to review the following preliminary site
plan:
2:00 p.m. Item 1: River Oaks: Section 8, Phase 1 (Conventional Plan) - Request by
Stroud Engineering, PA for Bill Clark Homes to consider preliminary site
plan approval of a 47 residential lot division anchored between River and
Carolina Beach Roads near the 8000 block of River Road.
