New Hanover County’s Technical Review Committee (TRC) will meet on Wednesday,
March 26, 2014 at 2:00 p.m. in Conference Room 119 (behind fish aquarium), New Hanover
County Government Center, 230 Government Center Drive, Wilmington to review the following
preliminary site plan:
2:00 p.m. Item 1: Village at Motts Landing: 1C (Performance Plan) - Request by
Tripp Engineering for Aftew Properties to consider preliminary site plan
approval of a 47 residential lot division located in the southern portion of the
County near the 60 block of Sanders Road, north side.

No preliminary site plan approvals have been reviewed on this section/phase. However, this
section is part of a General Development Plan (GDP) that has been approved for 654 lots. A host
of final plats have been approved and recorded to date.
