New Hanover County’s Technical Review Committee (TRC) will meet on
Wednesday, May 8, 2013 at 2:00 p.m. in the Finance Conference Room – 500, New
Hanover County Government Center, 230 Government Center Drive, to discuss the
following:
2:00 p.m. Item 1: Scotts Hill Village (Conceptual Plan) – Request by Phil Norris,
PE for Nathan Sanders to discuss a proposed residential site plan
consisting of 226 residential lots located in northeastern New Hanover
County near the Community of Scotts Hill.
Scotts Hill Village Site Plan History
A site plan was submitted for review in May, 2007 for 300 residential lots. The project
stalled during agency review with no formal approval by TRC.
