New Hanover County’s Technical Review Committee (TRC) will meet on
Wednesday, June 29, 2011 at 2:00 p.m. in the Finance Conference Room – 500, New
Hanover County Government Center, 230 Government Center Drive, to consider the
following:
2:00 p.m. Item 1: Village at Motts Landing: Phase 1A (Performance) – Request
by Tripp Engineering for Dr. Arnold Sobol to consider site plan approval
of a twelve unit (six duplexes) addition to the project located near the 50
block of Sanders Road, north side.
