07272011 July 27 2011 TRC Agenda PackageTECHNICAL REVIEW COMMITTEE AGENDA JULY 27, 2011 New Hanover County’s Technical Review Committee (TRC) will meet on Wednesday, July 27, 2011 at 2:00 p.m. in the Finance Conference Room - 500, New Hanover County Government Center, 230 Government Center Drive, to discuss the following : 2:00 p.m. Item 1: Foreclosed & Bank Owned Subdivision Projects – Request by Martin Sorensen along with Planning & Inspections staff to discuss written agency information on Anchors Bend subdivision located in the Middle Sound Community off Middle Sound Loop Road. Staff Comments The County is establishing a process to review and update the status of foreclosed and bank- owned subdivision projects. Planning & Inspections staff feels like the best available resource to assemble pertinent information into a single package for use by banks or other interested parties in order to expedite opportunities for completing developments. This process would be demand driven. Information has been requested on the Anchors Bend subdivision project.
