New Hanover County’s Technical Review Committee (TRC) will meet on Wednesday,
December 19, 2012 at 2:00 p.m. in the County Engineering Conference Room – 105,
New Hanover County Government Center, 230 Government Center Drive, to discuss the
following:
2:00 p.m. Item 1: Wendover South - ( Performance Plan) – Request by Coastal
Site Design for Pyramid Homes, Inc. to consider preliminary site plan
approval of a 15 lot division located near the 7300 block of Darden
Road.

Wendover South Site Plan History
Wendover South (formerly Glen Darden) was preliminarily approved by TRC in June,
2005 for 15 residential lots. During the two year preliminary validity period, no final
plat(s) were reviewed, approved or recorded. The preliminary site plan expired in June,
2007.
Planning Staff Observations
Craftsman Way will need to be constructed to the property boundary with a
temporary turn-around to meet road inter-connectivity requirements prior final
plat approval
Sidewalks are five (5) feet. A four (4) walk is displayed on the plan.
Pavement width acceptable to County Fire Services for emergency service
