TECHNICAL REVIEW COMMITTEE AGENDA
AUGUST 13, 2014
New Hanover County’s Technical Review Committee (TRC) will meet on
Wednesday, August 13, 2014 at 2:00 p.m. in Conference Room 119 (behind
aquarium), New Hanover County Government Center, 230 Government Center Drive, to
review the following:
2:00 p.m. Item 1: Smith Creek Apartments (High Density Plan) – Request by
Design Solutions for Gordon Road Investments to consider preliminary
site plan approval of a 352 unit residential apartment campus located near
the 4600 block of Gordon Road, north side.

None. High density projects require a special use permit [Zoning Ordinance Section 72-
43(14)] after TRC consideration. A recommendation by the TRC will be forwarded to the
County’s Planning Board and Board of County Commissioners.
