AND POLLUTION CONTROL FINANCING AUTHORITY
MINUTES OF MEETING (2014)
The Board of Commissioners of The New Hanover County Industrial Facilities and
Pollution Control Financing Authority met at the offices of Murchison, Taylor & Gibson, PLLC,
in Wilmington, North Carolina, at 10:00 a.m., on September 25, 2014. The following
Commissioners were:
PRESENT: Brian McCormack, Jeremy Wilson, R. Hill Rogers (by telephone), Robert F.
Ruffner, Jr. and Neal Andrew.
ABSENT: William H. Cameron and Frank J. Oddo
The following individuals were also present: G. Stephen Diab, counsel for the Authority,
who acted as Secretary for the meeting.

The purpose of the meeting was to elect officers for the Authority.
Commissioner Rogers made a motion to appoint the following persons as officers of the
Authority to serve until the next annual meeting of the Authority or until their successors are
duly appointed and qualified:
Chairman Brian McCormack
Vice Chairman Jeremy Wilson
Secretary R. Hill Rogers
Assistant Secretary Robert F. Ruffner, Jr.
Commissioner Andrew seconded said motion. There was no discussion and the motion
passed unanimously.
Commissioner Rogers made a motion to adjourn. Mr. Andrew seconded said motion.
There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned.
