New Hanover County’s Technical Review Committee (TRC) will meet on Wednesday,
January 14, 2015 at 2:00 p.m. in Conference Room 500 (Finance Conference Room),
of the New Hanover County Government Center located at 230 Government Center
Drive to review the following:
2:00 p.m. Item 1: North Kerr Industrial Park: Phase 3 (Conventional Plan) –
Request by Paramounte Engineering to consider preliminary site plan
approval of an expansion to the industrial park with a one lot 213,508
square foot facility near the 3000 block of North Kerr Avenue, north side.
North Kerr Industrial Park History
None on this phase of the project; however, the TRC approved preliminary site plans for
phase I & II in 1996 and 2001 respectfully. Phases I & II have been constructed,
approved, and recorded for most of the project.
