01282915 January 28 2015 TRC Agenda PackagePage 1 of 1 TECHNICAL REVIEW COMMITTEE AGENDA JANUARY 28, 2015 New Hanover County’s Technical Review Committee (TRC) will meet on Wednesday, January 28, 2015 at 2:00 p.m. in Conference Room 500 (Finance Conference Room), of the New Hanover County Government Center located at 230 Government Center Drive to review the following: 2:00 p.m. Item 1: Gable Run-aka H&H Homes (Revised Performance Plan) – Request by Tripp Engineering for Hoke Developers, LLC to consider preliminary site plan approval of a 45 residential lot division located near the 500 block of Jacqueline Drive, Greenview Ranches subdivision. Gable Run (aka H&H Homes) History H&H Homes was preliminarily approved by the TRC in July, 2014 for a total of 73 lots. According to the engineer for the project, a change in ownership has taken place. The project area has now been scaled back to 18.13 acres resulting in a total of 45 proposed lots. The street layout and storm water pond location are similar to the original design.
