New Hanover County’s Technical Review Committee (TRC) will meet on Wednesday,
March 25, 2015 at 2:00 p.m. in the Lucie Harrell Conference Room (601) of the New
Hanover County Government Center located at 230 Government Center Drive to review
the following:

Paramounte Engineering for Logan Developers, Inc. for TRC to consider a
70 lot single family preliminary site plan located near the 4800 block of
Gordon Road, north side.

Paramounte Engineering for Bill Clark Homes for TRC to consider a 231
single family lot preliminary site plan located near the 2100 block of
Castle Hayne Road, west side.
Hanover Lakes History
Hanover Lakes subdivision was preliminarily approved by the TRC in December, 2007.
The road network was re-designated from public to private by the TRC in December,
2010. The preliminary site plan validity was reapproved by TRC in December, 2013 for
205 lots for a period of two years ending December, 2015. The current site plan displays
231 lots with design adjustments and one entrance from Castle Hayne Road.
