Hanover Lakes History Hanover Lakes subdivision was preliminarily approved by the TRC in December, 2007. The road network was re-designated from public to private by the TRC in December, 2010. The preliminary site plan validity was reapproved by TRC in December, 2013 for 205 lots for a period of two years ending December, 2015. The current site plan displays 231 lots with design adjustments and one entrance from Castle Hayne Road.
