The NEW HANOVER COUNTY TECHNICAL REVIEW COMMITTEE (TRC) will meet on Wednesday,
July 29, 2015 at 2:00 p.m. in the Lucie Harrell Conference Room (601) of the New Hanover
County Government Center located at 230 Government Center Drive to review the following:
2:00 p.m. Item 1: Waterstone (Performance Plan) – Request by Thomas & Hutton, PE for
Har-Ste Investments, LLC for TRC to consider a 149 residential lot site plan
located near the 100 block of Edgewater Club Road.
Waterstone History
Performance site plan originally approved by TRC in April, 2005 for 185 lots
Performance site plan validity period ended December 31, 2013 with no final plat
approval or land disturbance
Portion of original Waterstone tract sold to New Hanover County Schools in 2014 (20
