Chairman Frank Jones called the Public Hearing and Formal Budget Adoption to
order at 5:32 p.m. in the offices of the Wilmington and Beaches CVB.
ITEM #1 – EXCUSED ABSENCES/ABSENT

ITEM #2 – PUBLIC HEARING
Chairman Frank Jones opened the public hearing on the formal budget ordinance.
As no one had signed up to speak, the Chairman made a motion to close the public
hearing.

Noting changes on the formal budget ordinance for Fiscal Year ending June 30,
2016, District U changed the total amount from $4,333,888 to $4,548,288.
ITEM #3 - ADOPTION OF FY 2015-2016 BUDGET ORDINANCE
Chairman Frank Jones called for the Board’s adoption of the formal budget
ordinance for FY 2015-2016.
[Motion made by NHC Commissioner Jonathan Barfield, seconded by
Chuck Pennington and unanimously carried to adopt the formal budget
ordinance for FY 2015-2016 in the amount of $4,548,288. A copy of the
ordinance is located in the Resolution/Ordinance book dated as of March,
2011.]
There being no further business to come before the Board, motion made to adjourn
the meeting at 5:36 p.m.
