NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS
Notice is hereby given that
the New Hanover County Zoning Board of Adjustment will hold public hearings on Tuesday, October 27, 2015 at 5:30 p.m., at the New Hanover County Government Center, 230 Government Center
Drive, Lucie Harrell Meeting Room, Wilmington, North Carolina, to consider the following:
Case ZBA-900 – Richard Croson Jr., applicant, on behalf of Richard Croson Jr. and Jessica Croson,
property owners, is requesting a 4’ variance from the 5’ setback required per Zoning Ordinance Section 63.2: Accessory Building/Use. The property is located at 5302 Lord Tennyson Road
and zoned R-15, Residential District.
