TECHNICAL REVIEW COMMITTEE AGENDA
OCTOBER 12, 2016
New Hanover County’s Technical Review Committee (TRC) will meet on Wednesday, October
12, 2016 at 2:00 p.m. in the Lucie Harrell Conference Room (601), New Hanover County
Government Center, 230 Government Center Drive, Wilmington, NC to review the following
preliminary site plan:
2:00 p.m. Item 1: Whiskey-Navajo Development (Performance Plan) – Request by
Paramounte Engineering, Inc. for Whiskey-Navajo Development Partners, LLC to
consider preliminary site plan approval of a 170 unit residential project located
near the 5600 block of South College Road, east side.
Whiskey-Navajo Project History
Conceptual project was reviewed by members off the TRC in late April, 2016. Agency
observations pertaining to the project from each agency were provided to the PE in charge
several days after conceptual review. Project was reviewed by TRC September 21, 2016 and
“continued” by a vote of 5-0 due to a number of outstanding/unresolved concerns.
