The project is located in New Hanover County, Parcel ID# R03600-005-020-001, currently owned by Jabe V. and Shirley L. Hardee. The developer is Dan Hilla. The project area is approximately 14.07 acres of land. Wetlands exist on the site. The project proposes public streets with curb and gutter and a five foot sidewalk on one side of the street/right-of-way, sanitary sewer and water man extensions, stormwater management to meet or exceed current County and State requirements, and provide active and passive open space. There is an existing house on the project site that will remain.
