04262017 April 26 2017 TRC Agenda PackagePage 1 of 1 TECHNICAL REVIEW COMMITTEE AGENDA APRIL 26, 2017 New Hanover County’s Technical Review Committee (TRC) will meet on Wednesday, April 26, 2017 at 2:00 p.m. in the Lucie Harrell Conference Room (601), New Hanover County Government Center, 230 Government Center Drive to review the following: 2:00 p.m. Item 1: Catherine’s Cove (Performance & Conventional Site Plan) – Request by Tripp Engineering, PC for Dan Hilla for TRC to consider site plan approval of a 35 residential lot development located within Bayshore Estates subdivision between Scorpion Drive and Golden Eye Court and near the crossroads of Ogden, Market Street. Catherine’s Cove Site Plan History (form erly 409 Highgreen) Sketch plan of the project was discussed by TRC at their March 22, 2017 meeting. No vote was taken on the proposed. However, it was noted that the project contained 30 performance residential lots and 5 conventional lots.
