The property is located at the 5500 block of Carolina Beach Road. Case ZBA-916 – Design Solutions, applicant, on behalf of Camilla L. Downing et al, property owner, is requesting a variance to the minimum district size of 5 acres for B-2, Highway Business Zoning District per Section 52.2-1 of the New Hanover County Zoning Ordinance.
