05242017 May 24 2017 TRC Agenda Package Page 1 of 2 TECHNICAL REVIEW COMMITTEE AGENDA MAY 24, 2017 New Hanover County’s Technical Review Committee (TRC) will meet Wednesday, May 24, 2017 at 2:00 p.m. in the Lucie Harrell Conference Room (601), New Hanover County Government Center, 230 Government Center Drive to review the following: 2:00 p.m. Item 1: Cape Landing: (Revised Performance Plan) – Request by Port City Consulting for KG Plaza, LLC for TRC to consider preliminary site plan approval of a 126 lot residential development located near the 4200 block of Blue Clay Road. Cape Landing Site Plan History (formally Pumpkin Creek) Phase 1 of the project was originally preliminarily approved by TRC in May, 2015 for 62 lots. A large portion of the approved phase was recorded earlier this year. Recently, additional acreage has been acquired by the developer. The decision was made to combine the original phase 1 of the project with the newly acquired property under the County’s performance residential criteria creating a total of 126 residential lots.
