The WRFC will make every attempt to schedule its regular quarterly meetings for the 2 Tuesday of the
month chosen.
Dates are subject to change. Please contact the WRFC to confirm Board Meeting dates.

* These meetings were scheduled around regularly scheduled Wilmington City Council Meetings and New Hanover

County Board of Commissioners meetings. Wilmington City Council meetings are regularly held on the 1 and 3

Tuesdays of every month except July, when one are scheduled for the 2 Tuesday only. Also, the City Council Agenda
is discussed on the Monday morning before City Council meetings. New Hanover County Board of Commissioners

meetings are regularly held on the 1 and 3 Mondays of every month. Exceptions are the 9/4/12 and 11/13/12

meetings that are scheduled for the 3 Tuesdays of those months, due to holidays. Additional exceptions occur in

March, which has only one meeting planned, and in July, when meetings are scheduled for the 1 and 4 Mondays.
New Hanover County Agenda is discussed in 4:00 PM meetings, which will never conflict with WRFC Board Meetings.
Also taken into consideration is the preference of scheduling WRFC Board Meetings on Tuesdays over Mondays, in
order to better and more easily prepare for Board Meetings on the business day before the meeting is scheduled.
