REGULAR MONTHLY MEETING BOARD OF HEALTH
HELD IN OFFICE OF BOARD
MARCH 11, 1937
Present: Chairman Addison Hewlett, Mayor Walter H. Blair,
Dr. J. C. Wessell, and Dr. H. L. Keith. Mr. Roland
Minutes of last meeting were read and approved.
The monthly reports were presented by the Health Officer.
Inasmuch as the committee appointed to select for the approval
of the Board a full-time plumbing inspector, had not decided on anyone,
it was moved by Dr. Wessell, and seconded by Mayor Blair, that the
present plumbing inspector continue to do the work and receive the fees
only until the committee can select a man for the definite appointment.
Carried.
In order that the committee might have something definite to
offer any applicants conferred with, it wae moved by Dr. Keith and
seconded by Dr. Wessell, that a salary of $150.00 a month and transportation
allowance of $25.00 a month for the full-time plumbing inspector be
authorized. Carried.
There being no further business, the Board adjourned.
