REGULAR MONTHLY MEETING, BOARD OF HEALTH
HOLD IN OFFICE OF BOARD
MARCH 10, 1938
Present: Chairman Addison Hewlett, Dr. J. C. Wessell,
Dr. H. M. Roland, and Dr. H. L. Keith.
Minutes of last meeting were read and approved.
The monthly reports were presented by tbe Health Officer.
Mr. E. L. White, owner and operator of Wilmington Ice
Cream Company, appeared before the Board and asked for an extension
of time to October 1, 1938, instead of July 1, within which to
meet the requirements of the new Milk Ordinance. After he had
described in detail his proposed structure, it was moved by Dr. Wessell,
seconded by Dr. Keith, that the extension of time to October 1, 1938,
for compliance with the proposed Milk Ordinance be granted. Carried.
There being no further business, the Board adjourned.
