The nonthly reports were presented by the Health O:ficer.
!1r. C. D. Hogue appeared before the Board, requesting that they
adopt an ordinance regarding the inspection of locally killed meats.
After a general discussion it was moved by Dr. Wessell and seconded
by Mayor Cooper that the Board adopt an ordinance requiring the in-
spection of all locally killed meats when the proper means of inspect-
ing such meat is provided. Also, that the Board go on record as urging
the City and County to provide the proper facilities for inspecting
meat at the earliest possible date. Carried.
There being no further business, the meeting adjourned.
