After a general discussion of the infantile paralysis situation, regarding the Forest Hills School, the Health Officer was instructed to call by long distance Dr. M. J. Rosenau and Dr. J. C. The Health Officer informed the Board that Mr. Cumber had asked permission to use non-resident plumbers in the F. H. A. buildings for which he has a contract, He asked this because of the fact that it would be totally impossible to secure enough locally licensed plumbers for this work. The Board agreed that this concession be made, provided the non-resident men used had been properly licensed in their own localities. There being no further business, the Board adjourned.
