HELD IN OFFICE OF BOARD

Present: Addison Hewlett, Chairman, Dr. ,v. Houston Moore,
H. M. Roland, Dr. B. R. Morrison, Dr. J. C. Wessell.
The minutes of the last meetine were read and approved.
The monthly reports were presented by the Health Officer.
On motion of Dr. Wessell seconded by Dr. Morrison, the
Health Officer was instructed by the Board to notify Hugh
MacRae & Company that the time limit on connecting his sewer
system with the City systeul would expire on March 18 and that
if the connection had not been c~pletad bj7that time the case
would be referred to the court. ~'f
After a eeneral discussion of the status of the new incinerator,
it was moved by Dr. Moore and seconded by Dr. Morrison that the
Board notify the City Council of the urgent need of the incin-
erator and express to the Council the Board's desire that every-
thing possible be done to speed up the construction of the new
incinerator/carried.
There beine no further business the meetine adjourned.
