The minutes of the last meeting were read and approved.
The Health Officer presented the monthly reports.
The Health Officer explained the status of the Hugh MacRae sewage
disposal case with respect to the emploJ'1llent of private counsel and
read to the Board a letter from Mr. Aaron ,Goldberg stating the nature
of the case and setting his fee. It Vias tnen moved by Mayor Bellam.y
and seconded by Mr. Roland that the Board employ Mr. Goldberg on the
tenus specified in his letter. Carried.
There being no further business the meeting adjourned.
